Modul8 Studios are delivered as permit-exempt structures (≤120 sq ft) in accordance with applicable local guidelines and as such are therefore listed as “non-habitable accessory structures” - they are not intended for use as dwelling units and do not include kitchen, bathroom, or sleeping facilities. You should apply for the relevant permit if that is your intention.
