  • Modul8 Studios are delivered as permit-exempt structures (≤120 sq ft) in accordance with applicable local guidelines and as such are therefore listed as “non-habitable accessory structures” - they are not intended for use as dwelling units and do not include kitchen, bathroom, or sleeping facilities. You should apply for the relevant permit if that is your intention.

    Optional low-voltage lighting and device charging systems are provided via plug-in or self-contained power solutions. No permanent electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems are included.
